Our History: Medical Device Coating Applicator

Surface Solutions Group has an extensive foundation of experience in the functional coating industry. Our sister company, Orion Industries, has over 60 years as a licensed Teflon functional coatings applicator and over 20 years of experience coating medical devices alone. Due to the growing customer base in the medical device industry, Orion created a separate company named Surface Solutions Group. We moved into our own stand-alone facility in 2008 that was only 8400 sq. ft., and in 2016 to our new state-of-the-art 32,000 sq. ft. facility.  Our extensive history with PTFE and other coating technologies gives us the knowledge of how to achieve and provide the best results.
